Vincennes Lincoln vs South Knox (0-5) Loss 1S- Madison Fleck vs Alli Hayden (1-6, 0-6) 2S- JJ Riggs vs Reagan Harrington (2-6, 1-6) 3S- Bella Anderson vs Eliana Watjen (1-6, 1-6) 1D- Adra Luking/Maddy Mitchell vs Halle Carmean/Emily Dreiman (0-6, 6-7, TB(2-7)) 2D- Callie Turner/Payton Riggs vs Maggie Vieck/Jenna BloeBaum (3-6, 5-7) Both doubles teams fought their ways back and fell short. Adra & Maddy has held the 1 double's spot the last two years and have kept a positive record through their last 2 seasons. Madison Fleck (1S) has been nothing but a phenomenal player. She has worked hard all season and I'm extremely proud of her from a coaching standpoint and as her big brother. Losing Madison, Maddy, and Adra will be difficult. These 3 weren't just players to me, I considered Adra & Maddy as little sisters with Madison. I'm grateful to have seen them grow and improve in many ways. They will be missed by the coaches and team greatly. The girls finished out the season (7-14). We had a great season and no matter how the record ended up, we had more than half of the losses being (2-3) and matches in third sets battling. I'm thankful to have been able to coach such kind, goofy, and bluntly honest group of girls. I look forward to seeing them continue playing in the summer tennis league and tournaments improving for next year. Lastly, thank you to all the parents and fans for being so easy to work with and thank you to those who helped clear the courts off!
