Lincoln posted their best result against Castle, losing 7-0. A determined defensive effort limited the Knights to 2 goals in the first half. "It's not often that a team can find successes out of a large loss, but considering how we've faired against Castle in the past, today was a step in the right direction." Freshman keeper Landon Telligman made 18 saves in his varsity debut. "I was proud of our effort, energy, and communication of the team. Our defense was great for large chunks, led by center back Lucas Klingler."
