Vincennes Lady Alices were ultimately defeated by the Memorial Tigers on Wednesday night 9-0. We played a very defensive game tonight until the end. Aaliyah kohlhouse had 30 saves on goal tonight! That is outstanding for one game. The Tigers were forced to take a lot of long shots to Aaliyah, due to our defensive line staying on guard and removing their opponents opportunities to receive the ball. We got them offsides 5 times with the help of our strong defensive line. Our offense never let up moving the ball towards the goal to score but we just couldn’t make it happen tonight. The first half of our season is tough and our girls have proved time and time again they can be tough too! We’re excited to continue to head forward into our season.
