Lincoln defeated Shoals 4-1. Scoring for the Alices were Lukas Lang, Gera Silva (2), and David Ramirez. David Hyppolite and David Ramirez also contributed assists. Paxton Smith played a nearly perfect game, allowing only 1 goal and recording 11 saves in the victory. "I was really pleased with our composure on the field. From the beginning, we kept possession and consistently made dangerous attacking runs. Lukas Lang was a burst of energy off of the bench, using his speed to beat defenders to through balls. Gera Silva added two more goals to his impressive freshman season, the second one being the finish to a great rondo from our midfield. Paxton Smith was huge in goal, played calm under pressure, and made the correct read on every attacking ball from Shoals."
