The Lady Alices took on the Barr-Reeve Lady Vikings in the championship game of the DC Metal Viking Classic on Saturday. The Alices defeated the Vikings 51-42. Kahre McCrary led the Alices in scoring with 14 points, Grace Archer with 13, Tiah Riggs 8, Marlo Thorne 7, JJ Riggs 5, and Kiaya Farrar 4. The JV fell to Barr-Reeve 30-36. Lauren Story led the way in scoring with 9, Jara Case 7, Alivia Deckard 6, Halle Greentree 4, Maddy Mitchell 2, Finley Greer 2. The Lady Alices travel to Linton to take on the Lady Miners on Monday, January 6th. The JV tips off at 6:00, followed by varsity at 7:30.
