Luke Hall’s Big Day Propels Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices Past Evansville Bosse Varsity Bulldogs By GameChanger Media Luke Hall collected three hits in three at bats, as Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices defeated Evansville Bosse Varsity Bulldogs 18-2 on Tuesday at Bosse HS Baseball Field. Hall doubled in the first inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the third inning. Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Cooper Collins doubled, scoring one run, William Burgess doubled, scoring two runs, Landon Johnson singled, scoring one run, Colton Wonning singled, scoring one run, Tyson Gillis grounded out, scoring one run, and Hall singled, scoring one run. Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Brady Anderson grounded out, and Evansville Bosse Varsity Bulldogs committed an error, each scoring one run. Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices scored five runs on six hits in the top of the fourth inning. Gillis singled, scoring two runs, Phoenix McCrary singled, scoring one run, Sam Lindsey singled, scoring one run, and Justice Johnson singled, scoring one run. Johnson earned the win for Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices. The reliever surrendered one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out one and walking one. Brody Phillips led things off on the mound for Vincennes Lincoln Varsity Alices. The starter surrendered zero hits and one run (zero earned) over two innings, striking out five and walking five.
